Rainbow Academy Institute App

Welcome to the Rainbow Academy App. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and the educational services provided through it.

By registering, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. ABOUT THE APP

The Rainbow Academy App is an educational platform designed to provide students and parents with access to institute-related services, including:

  • Student registration and admission

  • Courses and batch information

  • Class schedules and timetables

  • Attendance

  • Study material

  • DPPs and assignments

  • Online tests and examinations

  • Results and performance reports

  • Fee details and payment facilities

  • Notices and announcements

  • Academic communication

  • Other services offered by Rainbow Academy

Rainbow Academy may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.

2. USER ACCOUNT

  1. Users must provide accurate and complete information while creating an account.

  2. Each account is intended for the registered student/user only.

  3. Login credentials must not be shared with another person.

  4. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

  5. Users must immediately inform Rainbow Academy if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

  6. Rainbow Academy may suspend or deactivate an account in case of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

3. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Students using the App agree to:

  • Provide correct information.

  • Use the App only for legitimate educational purposes.

  • Follow institute rules and instructions.

  • Maintain respectful behaviour toward teachers, staff, students, and other users.

  • Not misuse the App or its communication features.

  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

  • Not upload or share inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or harmful content.

4. PARENTS / GUARDIANS

Parents or guardians may use the App to access information relating to their registered student, including:

  • Attendance

  • Academic performance

  • Test results

  • Fees

  • Notices

  • Timetables

  • Course/batch information

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that information associated with their account is accurate.

5. COURSES & ACADEMIC SERVICES

Course details, schedules, faculty, batch timings, syllabus, study material, and other academic services may be changed when necessary.

Rainbow Academy will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to students and parents.

Admission to a course or batch is subject to the applicable eligibility criteria, availability, and institute policies.

6. FEES & PAYMENTS

  1. Course fees, installment schedules, discounts, and other applicable charges will be communicated by Rainbow Academy.

  2. Where online payment is available, payments may be processed through authorized payment gateways.

  3. Users must provide accurate payment information.

  4. A payment will be considered successful only after confirmation from the payment system/institute.

  5. Refunds, cancellations, transfers, and adjustments will be governed by the applicable Rainbow Academy Fee/Refund Policy.

  6. Users must not attempt fraudulent transactions or manipulate payment records.

7. STUDY MATERIAL & CONTENT

The App may contain:

  • Notes

  • PDFs

  • Videos

  • DPPs

  • Assignments

  • Question papers

  • Test series

  • Solutions

  • Recorded lectures

  • Images and other educational content

All such content provided by Rainbow Academy is intended for the personal educational use of registered users.

Users must not, without prior written permission:

  • Copy or reproduce the content

  • Sell or commercially distribute it

  • Upload it to other platforms

  • Share paid content publicly

  • Record or redistribute lectures

  • Use institute material for commercial purposes

8. TESTS & EXAMINATIONS

Where online tests or examinations are provided:

  1. Students must attempt tests honestly and independently.

  2. Students must follow the instructions applicable to each test.

  3. Rainbow Academy may use reasonable measures to identify cheating or malpractice.

  4. Results may be cancelled in cases of cheating, impersonation, or other unfair practices.

  5. Technical issues caused by the student's device, internet connection, electricity supply, or other circumstances outside Rainbow Academy's reasonable control may not qualify for a re-test or refund.

9. ATTENDANCE & PERFORMANCE

Attendance and academic performance displayed on the App are maintained based on information recorded by Rainbow Academy.

Students/parents should contact the institute if they identify an apparent error.

Rainbow Academy may correct records where necessary.

10. NOTICES & COMMUNICATION

The App may be used to send important institute communications, including:

  • Class notifications

  • Timetable changes

  • Attendance updates

  • Test notifications

  • Results

  • Fee reminders

  • Holiday notices

  • Academic announcements

  • Emergency or important institute information

Users are responsible for keeping their registered mobile number and email address updated.

11. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

If the App allows users to submit comments, feedback, assignments, photographs, documents, or other content, users must ensure that such content:

  • Is lawful

  • Is accurate where applicable

  • Does not violate another person's rights

  • Does not contain offensive or inappropriate material

  • Does not contain malware or harmful code

Rainbow Academy may remove content that violates these Terms.

12. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not:

  • Hack or attempt to hack the App.

  • Circumvent security measures.

  • Access another user's account.

  • Upload viruses or malicious software.

  • Interfere with App functionality.

  • Use automated systems to extract App data without permission.

  • Impersonate another person.

  • Use the App for illegal activities.

  • Misuse institute content or intellectual property.

  • Attempt to manipulate examination, attendance, fee, or result records.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Rainbow Academy name, logo, branding, educational content, course material, graphics, videos, documents, software, and other materials provided through the App may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to the user merely by using the App.

14. APP AVAILABILITY

Rainbow Academy will make reasonable efforts to keep the App available and functional.

However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

The App may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance

  • Updates

  • Technical problems

  • Server issues

  • Internet/network problems

  • Security incidents

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App may contain or use third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud services, communication services, analytics tools, or external links.

Use of such services may be subject to the respective third party's terms and policies.

Rainbow Academy is not responsible for services independently operated by third parties.

16. PRIVACY

Use of personal information is governed by the Rainbow Academy Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

17. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

Rainbow Academy may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Misuse of the App

  • Unauthorized access

  • Abuse of staff or other users

  • Illegal activity

  • Non-payment of applicable fees

Termination of App access does not automatically cancel any financial or other obligations already incurred.

18. DISCLAIMER

The App and its services are provided for educational and administrative purposes.

While Rainbow Academy makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that all information will always be completely accurate, current, or error-free.

Academic outcomes, examination results, ranks, admissions, or career outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rainbow Academy will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet failures, device failures, third-party service interruptions, power outages, or unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to protect their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Rainbow Academy may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be made available through the App, along with the updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over Wardha, Maharashtra, subject to applicable law.
